Reservations

To make a reservation for one of our properties, please call (614) 216-8897 or (614) 620-2820.

Confirmation of Rental

We require 50% of the Rental Charge plus $250 Damage Deposit to confirm rental. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to rental.

Damage Deposit

The $250 Damage Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure unless property damage other than normal wear or tear is found upon inspection of premises. Any damage deposit that is not refunded would be at the owner’s discretion but discussed with lessee prior to retaining any portion of the damage deposit.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation more than 30 days prior to rental, you will receive 50% of the rental charge deposit plus the $250 damage deposit.  
  • Less than 30 days prior to rental, no refund.
  • If we are able to rent the home for the same period cancelled, it is our discretion to refund the entire deposit remitted.

Check-In / Out

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.

  1. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
  2. Weekly rate is for 7 nights.
  3. Rates are subject to 3% Pulaski County Transient Tax and 1% Kentucky State Transient Tax. An additional 6% Sales Tax is then added.
  4. Rates do not include Housekeeping Services which are payable to Service at check-out. Rates: Lake House I - $150; Lake House II - $100.
